Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Agentiff.AI. This page explains what data we hold, what gets deleted, and how to submit a request.
What Data We Hold
- Your account information (email address, company name)
- Billing records and subscription history (required for legal and tax compliance)
- Workflow execution logs and audit trails (retained for up to 90 days)
- OAuth connection tokens for connected third-party services (e.g. Google)
- Credit transaction history
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request we will:
- Permanently delete your account and login credentials
- Revoke and delete all stored OAuth tokens for connected services
- Delete workflow execution logs and AI audit trail records
- Remove your data from active databases within 30 days
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years where required by applicable tax or financial regulations. These records contain no workflow content or OAuth data.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

Connected Services
If you connected a Google account to Agentiff.AI, you can independently revoke our access at any time via your Google Account permissions page. This immediately prevents any further access to your Google data, independent of an account deletion request.
