Terms of Service

1. USING AGENTIFF.AI

Agentiff.AI provides software, free resources, and services for work that uses artificial intelligence. This includes the Agentiff Knowledge Base and related services.

You must give accurate account information. You must keep your login details secure. If you create an account for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Artificial intelligence can produce incomplete or incorrect results. You must review a result before you rely on it or use it to make a decision. You are responsible for how you use a result from the Service.

You are also responsible for the people who use your account and for the instructions, documents, web pages, and other content that you give to the Service.

3. YOUR CONTENT

You must have the right to add content to the Service. You must not add content that:

• breaks a law or another person's rights;
• contains confidential information that you do not have permission to use;
• contains malware or is intended to bypass a security control; or
• could expose Agentiff.AI or another person to a legal claim, regulatory action, or security risk.

Do not add sensitive personal information to the Knowledge Base. This includes health records, biometric data, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, and precise real-time location data.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, protect, and support the Service. Read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle data.

4. FREE KNOWLEDGE BASE ACCOUNT

If we grant you a free Knowledge Base account, it is free forever while you follow these Terms and stay within the account limits. It has no subscription charge and no trial expiry.

The current account limits are:

• 5 workspaces;
• 100 sources; and
• 15,000 indexed passages.

The Service may stop an upload or another action that would exceed a limit. We may change a technical limit when this is reasonably necessary to protect the security or reliable operation of the Service. We will show the current limits on the offer page or in the Service.

5. FREE RESOURCES

A free guide, checklist, skill, audit, or other resource is for general information and evaluation. It is not legal, privacy, security, tax, or other professional advice. It is not a certification that your organisation or workflow is compliant or secure.

A resource request does not subscribe you to marketing email. Marketing email requires a separate opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. PAID PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We will show the price, billing period, included work, and other purchase terms before you buy a paid product or service. An offer page, checkout page, order form, statement of work, or invoice may contain additional terms for that purchase.

You must pay the charges and applicable taxes shown when you purchase. Your account or the payment page will show how to manage a recurring subscription when one applies.

7. SUSPENSION AND WITHDRAWAL

We may remove content, block access, suspend an account, or withdraw a free service if we reasonably believe that the content or use:

• breaks these Terms or an applicable law;
• infringes another person's rights;
• creates a security risk; or
• could expose Agentiff.AI or another person to legal or regulatory action.

We may act without advance notice when prompt action is needed to limit legal, security, or operational harm. For another breach, we may ask you to correct it. We may end access after a serious or repeated breach.

8. SERVICE CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY

We may change a feature, integration, or delivery method as the Service develops. We do not promise that every feature or third-party service will always be available. Keep your own copy of important source material.

New account registration is currently available in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Public pages and downloadable resources may remain available in other regions. Access to the Knowledge Base requires an eligible account.

9. OUR MATERIALS

Agentiff.AI and its licensors own the Service, site, branding, software, and materials that we provide. You may use them only for the purpose and on the terms that we state. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

10. LIABILITY AND LEGAL RIGHTS

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentiff.AI is not responsible for an indirect or consequential loss that results from your use of the Service, your content, an artificial intelligence result, or a third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.
